What Platform do you use to build websites?

I have built sites on various platforms but WordPress is my favorite by far. It allows me to customize the site based on the project requirements and is open-ended enough to easily switch layout or tools if a client changes their mind. 

How long does it take to complete a website?

While Ecommerce websites might take longer, my usual turnaround time for a 15-20 page website is two weeks.  

What Tools do you use?

While I usually base this on the type of project I’m doing, I do have my favorites. To see a list of my favorite tools, click here.  

How much do you charge for a website?

It depends on the number of pages you would like. Send me an email by clicking this link and I’ll send you a standard rate card showing the various options and the related pricing for the same. 

How long do you take to rank a website?

While a lot of this depends on the ‘Google Gods’, an estimate can be made on what your Domain Authority currently is, if you have done a lot of SEO work already and how competitive your space is. Get in touch with me and I’ll have a look at your website and I can give you some feedback on the same. At the very least, I’ll have some good tips for you.  


A lot depends on the Domain Authority of your site. Site which are SEO optimized and have a high DA (40+) can typically rank faster for certain keywords. I can typically give you more insights once I do an SEO audit of your site.  

Should I Do SEO, Run PPC Ads, or Both?

A question that I always get asked is whether a business should invest in SEO, PPC, or both.

In an ideal world, a business should balance multiple marketing channels to avoid a reliance on any single source of traffic (and conversions). But, especially for smaller businesses, budget is often a challenge, and resources must be allocated efficiently.

I realize that funds aren’t endless and so usually suggest the right allocation strategy based on the type of business and marketing budget.  

Does Social Media Help To Increase My Website's Rank?

Social media does not directly contribute to SEO ranking, but the links you share across social platforms increase brand exposure.
Your shares across social media sites have no place in SEO rankings. Still, when more people share your content throughout social media, it generates social signals that indicate your posts are useful to your target market.

How Long Should a Page of Content Be?

Honestly, there’s no right answer to this question, yet it’s one that’s asked time and time again. Content should be as long as it needs to cover a topic in enough depth to rank.

Should I bid on my brand name?

Bidding on your brand name is typically a good decision, but it certainly depends. If you find that many competitors are bidding on your brand name, it’s likely a good decision in order to take up as much real estate as possible on the page and ensure searchers find you and not your competition. These branded clicks are generally extremely inexpensive and well worth the few pennies to ensure your competition doesn’t steal your customers or prospects away.
